  • Are your homes shared between guests?

    Artisanale Homes are fully furnished independent homes and let out as single units to an individual booking. The home is not shared with anyone else.

  • I am just visiting Goa for a few days, can I stay with you'll?

    Artisanale Homes are let out for as few as 7 days to as long as 3 years. Shorter stays are considered on request. The homes are ready-to-move in and fully furnished with all essential appliances.

  • I am planning to move permanently into Goa... can we stay with you'll?

    We do allow guests to rent out the homes for even a couple of years. Artisanale Homes are fully furnished ready-to-move into homes. if you would like to move in with some select furniture of your own, we would consider it on a case-to-case basis.

  • I have a dog and a cat, can they stay over too?

    We are partial towards families with kids and pets, however, the house has to be respected. Pets have to walked outside the house, and their litter disposed responsibly. Scratches, smears and tears are not taken lightly.

  • Do you have a househelp and cook?

    Our homes are full service homes, we have a housekeeper and cook connected with each home. They are well meaning, local help who have been with us for a many number of years. They may not be able to cook you your favourite biryani or your pasta al dente, but they can certainly toss up a mean rice, curry and fish.

  • We plan on buying a home in Goa, but are undecided about which area we would be at? Can you guide us?

    Artisanale Homes are spread in different villages in the North and South of Goa, we would encourage you to stay across our different homes, so you get a feel of the different villages, which would certainly give you an overview of the area you are comfortable buying in to for the long term.

  • Do you have an Artisanale Home in Anjuna?

    No, we do not have one there yet. In North Goa we are located in the villages of Aldona, Colvale, Panjim and Saligao and in the South we are at Benaulim and Loutolim.

  • I am a single lady with a dog, would it be safe for me to stay alone at your homes?

    We would always suggest a home, once we are assured it suits your personal requirements. Please don’t be fazed with the inquisitive questions we might throw at you. WE are just trying to get to know you better.
