Serene Townhouse revived since 2016

Artisanale Aldona

Aldona, a Northern village of Goa is quiet and idyllic in many ways. It’s fort ruins, stone bridges, serpentine rivulets, and evergreen foliage transport you into another realm. The speckled family-run eateries, ATM’s, supermarkets, vegetable and fruit vendors around the village eases the home routines and makes for some intoxicating evenings. Artisanale Aldona is a short walk from the main town square and not too far from the ‘manos’, sluice gates for local fish catch. Our home is a quiet, poetic, compact 2 bedroom townhouse on a 550 sq. mt. bit of land. With its fully furnished and well serviced setup, the home, is quite suited to professionals working from home, families balancing work-school-life roulettes, creative folks working through music compositions or others just hanging about, rekindling relationships...

What we have to offer at Artisanale Aldona

The living room, is oblong, cross ventilated, and ideal for the entire family to get together. The two doors on either side lead directly into the AC bedrooms which each have attached bathrooms. Our ceiling-to-floor closets in the bathroom, is a feature that we love here. The kitchen becomes quite the central point of the house as it has a large dining table that tends to double up as a work space for most. We have the essential small and large appliances and ample storage. We have tableware for six and all required pots and pans for cooking. The attic, is spacious, airy, excellently cross-ventilated and bright and cheery. It’s Burma teak flooring and boarded roof make it comfortable to sit in during the summers though a few tend to turn on the AC. The wrought iron, spiral staircase rescued from a junkyard is a beautiful showcase of workmanship of yesteryears.
