Artisanale Loutolim, is a stately mansion built during the Portuguese occupation of our little vestige in the 19th century. Artisanale Loutolim is our own private home housing our personal collections from around India and the globe. Loutolim is best known as the home of one of Goa's most prominent international icons Mario Miranda.
What we have to offer at Artisanale Loutolim
The house is fully furnished and ready to move in. It has two ensuite bedrooms with an AC. The kitchen is fully functional and has a microwave, 4 burner gas range, oven, mixer-grinder, refrigerator, regular cooking utensils, and adequate crockery and cutlery and tableware for 6. The house has a private, GWAVE internet provider service which runs pretty smoothly on most days. The outdoor area is beautiful and excellent for long quiet evenings. We do have inner courtyard with a well in the centre, which is great to keep your canine safe and yet outdoors. He will enjoy lounging in the shaded gazebo. Barbecues are fun here too or on the front balcony.
You most certainly need a vehicle to move around as any kind of market and store is about a minimum 4 km drive from home. There are a few select options to order in meals from in the village.
